We are conducting a study to explore what healing in the workplace means to individuals around the world and how organisations can create environments that support healing and flourishing. We want to hear your perspective on what workplace healing looks like to you.
In the first phase of our research hosted by University of Cape Town, we are looking for people who are working in the private sector in the African region, under full-time paid employment, and are either reporting to a line manager or are line managers. The interview will be held over a video call and will take about 45 minutes.
